(3) 教师带领学生讨论刚才看过的宠物图片:Do you like the pets? I like the dog best. I think it has beautiful eyes. Which pet do you like best? Why?
Tip:要鼓励学生勇于发表自己的观点,如果学生不能用英语表达,可以用中文。
2. 导入
(1) 教师可以说:Our friends are having a Pet Show. Let‘s go and look at their pets.
(2) 然后,出示Andy带着他的宠物蛇的图片并问:What pet does Andy have? Do you like snakes? Why or Why not?
Tip:此处的答案是开放式的,教师要鼓励学生表达自己的真实想法。
(3) 接着,教师出示蛇哭的图片:Look, the snake is crying. He is sad. Why? Let’s read the story and find out the reason.
3. 呈现故事
(1) 教师逐一呈现故事图片,请学生看图片猜测故事大意。
(2) 看完一遍图片后,教师提问:Why do you think the snake is crying? 让学生尝试通过自己对图片的理解来猜测。
(3) 让学生独立阅读故事,验证预测。
