　　I like to eat fried food so much， so I always go to KFC and enjoy the hamburger. Someday， I learn from the book that fast food is tasty， but it is not good for our health. A lot of children get fat because of eating fast food. I am so afraid of being fat， so I decide to eat the healthy food. Fruit and vegetable are my necessary food.

　　我很喜欢油炸食品，所以我总是去肯德基吃汉堡。有一天，我从书中了解到，快餐是美味的，但是对我们的健康是不好的。很多孩子由于吃快餐而发胖。我很担心变肥胖，所以我决定吃健康食品。水果和蔬菜是我必吃的食品。
