9、热烈祝贺“新加坡-中国双语演讲比赛”苏外选手载誉而归

　　Congratulate the returning of participants in the Singapore-China Bilingual Speech Competition with awards.

　　1月22日，苏外32位学生及2位老师远赴新加坡参加了由中华人民共和国驻新加坡共和国大使馆教育处，新加坡新中文化教育交流中心，新中国际文化发展有限公司和中国励志阳光助学基金联合主办的“新加坡-中国双语演讲大赛”。我校蒯乐、陆静文、张入凡三位同学均获得一等奖。我校曹伦华校长作为特邀评委出席比赛。

　　On January 22，32 students and 2 teachers participated in the Singapore-China Bilingual Speech Competition co-sponsored by the Education Office，Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the Republic of Singapore，Singapore-China Cultural Education Exchange Center，Singapore-China International Culture Developing Co.，Ltd，and China Inspiring Sunshine Foundation. Student Kuai Le，Lu Jingwen and Zhang Rufan won first Prize. Principle Cao Lunhua was specially invited to attend this competition as judge.

　　10、苏外15年一贯制国际教育链形成——幼儿园国际班、初中IGCSE项目、高中AP课程开班

　　15-Year International Education Chain system is formed. New programs including the International Class in the Kindergarten，IGCSE project in the Junior School，and AP program in the international department of Senior School start.

　　今年9月，苏外幼儿园开辟了国际班、初中部开辟了IGCSE项目、高中国际部开辟了AP课程班，配合原有的小学英特班，苏外最终形成由幼儿园贯穿高中，延续15年的国际教育链。

　　苏外幼儿园国际班采用专职外教任教，实行1外教、2中教的三教一保班级管理模式。引进先进的、原汁原味的全英文教材，整合中外优秀的英语教育资源进行适合幼儿特点的全英文教育教学。AP是由美国大学理事会组织和指导，并在高中阶段开设的具有大学水平的课程。学校特别为每个学生及所有任课教师配备了一台IPAD。通过网络，师生可以与美国课程中心同步互动。IGCSE延续了小学英特班的教学，在初中实现国际课程与中方中考课程相结合。学校配备优秀的专业教师和双语教师、有资质且有初中教学经验的外籍教师。该课程除了国内外经济学、IT、科学、数学等核心课程和英语强化教学外，同时开设小语种德语为第三语言学习，钢琴为必修课。

　　In September，SFLS opened the international class in the Kindergarten，IGCSE project in the Junior High School and AP project in the international department Senior High Division. Therefore，with the International Class established in the kindergarten and elementary School，the 15-Year International Education Chain is finally formed from Kindergarten to Senior High School in a row.

　　The international class in the Kindergarten adopts the managing system with one full time foreign teacher，two Chinese teachers and one child-care staff in charge of each class. It introduces the advanced and original English teaching materials and makes full use English education resources from home and abroad to bring all-English education appropriate for the children.

　　AP is a curriculum sponsored by the American College Board which offers standardized courses to high school students that are generally recognized to be equivalent to undergraduate courses in college. SFLS equips one IPAD for each student and teacher. The students and teachers can interact with the American Curriculum Center by internet. IGCSE continues the international class teaching from the primary School which realizes the cooperation between the international courses and Chinese Courses in Junior High School. SFLS equips the outstanding professional teachers and bilingual teachers and qualified foreign teachers with teaching experience in Junior School. Besides the core courses of economics，IT，Science and Math and fortified the English teaching，this program sets German as the third foreign language and Piano as the necessary class.
