教材分析

　　本课是外研版小学英语四年级下册第七模块第二单元的内容，本单元沿着上一单元的内容继续谈论有关时间，尤其是几点半的表达，并渗透时差的意识，了解到不同时间的钟点是不一样的。内容贴近生活，学生也将比较感兴趣。

　　需要掌握的句子：

　　Does  he live in Los Angeles， New York？

　　I want to go to A merican one day.

　　Maybe you can visit your cousin.

　　【能力目标】

　　能够运用“… is in the…of…” “He(She) lives in the… of…” 等句型描述某一地点或某人居住的具体位置。
