  T: He has the same hobby with me. 他和老师有同样的爱好。

  So he usually surfs the Internet too. 所以他也通常上网。

  T: Look, is he surfing the Internet, now?

  T: No, he isn’t. What is he doing? Please try to read this then answer my questions.

  他现在不在上网,那么他正在干什么呢?请同学们阅读这段话,然后回答老师的问题。

  T: He is in the computer room.

  T: What is he doing?

  T: He is writing an e-mail to his English friend Tom.

  T: What does Gao Shan want to do with Wang Bing?

  T: He wants to play table tennis with Wang Bing.

  T: Does Wang Bing go with Gao Shan? Let’s watch the story.

  T: No, he doesn’t. Because he is busy.

  Here busy means 繁忙的,忙碌的。Now please read this word after me.

  T: Wang Bing is very busy. He is writing an e-mail to his English friend, Tom.

  T: Now, question 2. Where does Tom live?

  T: He lives in a small town near London. 他住在伦敦附近的一个小镇上。

  Here town means 市镇,城镇。 请同学们跟老师来读一读这个单词。

  T: Tom住在伦敦附近的一个小镇上。他周末会做些什么?让我们再来看一遍课文。

  T: What does Tom usually do on Sundays?

  T: He usually plays football.

  T: Does he play well?

  T: Yes, he does. And he swims well too.

  T: Now, so much for the questions. Now, please read the text after me.
