敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们：

　　大家早上好。今天我们演讲的主题是：弘扬“五四”青年精神，争做采实优秀学子。

　　青春是一首歌，回荡着欢快、美妙的旋律；青春是一幅画，镌刻着瑰丽、浪漫的色彩。92年前，为了驱逐黑暗、争取光明，为了祖国的独立和富强，一群意气风发的青年用热血和生命谱写了一曲最壮丽的青春之歌，绘就了一幅最宏伟的青春图画。

　　记得，最初开始认识“五四”是从小学的历史课开始的。那时，老师讲到“五四”运动，向我们讲述帝国主义列强对中国的种种欺凌，讲述青年们为祖国不惜献身的种种壮举。当时，我们虽然还不能完全理解其中的深刻道理，但有如一丝曙光照亮蒙昧的荒原，我们幼小的心田中已播下了爱国的种子。渐渐地，我们长大了，我们成为风华正茂的青年，我们更加深刻地懂得了五四的传统和精神。想想那些曾经与我们差不多大的五四青年吧，他们稚嫩的肩上早已承当起一份救亡图存的重任，而今的我们又该做些什么！

　　首先，作为一名共青团员，要处处发挥榜样引领。切实履行团员的权利和义务，按照团员标准严格要求自己，做一名合格的团员。尊重他人，能做到团结互助，不欺侮年幼体弱的同学，发生矛盾多做自我批评；严格遵守《中学生守则》、《中学生日常行为规范》和其他的校规校纪，不断加强自身的道德修养，严于律己，戒骄戒躁，积极配合班主任的工作，使班级各方面更加优秀。不断学习，全面发展，无愧于共青团员的光荣称号，要用实际行动完成自己的誓言，做一个对国家、对社会有用的人。

　　此外，作为一名采实学子，要时时争做阳光少年。践行“尚德、善学、健体、强能”的校训，让自己成为一名合格加特长的优秀中学生，在困难面前不找借口，坚持不懈。上课专心听讲，勇于提出问题，敢于发表自己的见解，积极回答老师的提问，认真复习，能独立地完成作业，考试从不作弊，珍惜时间，科学安排课余活动。
