由see引导学生学习bee这个词汇，然后，借助bee这个词汇学习sheep。通过出示不同的动物图片，反复练习这两种动物的词汇。学词时，教师可以和学生交流渗透功能句的使用。What animal do you want to see？ Why？

　　②学习horse和cow

　　可以借助how引导学生学习cow。借助short学习horse。通过师生交流谈话，渗透本课功能句并引导学生体会这两个词的用法，如：What animal do you want to see？ Which animal runs fast？ Which animal runs slowly？ 可以这样创设情境与学生交流：出示动物园和农场的门票问：Where are you going this weekend？ What animal do you want to see？ Why？

　　③学习fast

　　先出示class一词，接着引导学生读last，再到fast。出示马的教学卡片，教师举例：A horse can run fast. 出示刘翔图片举例：Liu Xiang can run fast. 然后教师提问Who can run fast in your class？

　　④学习panda和elephant

　　反复听音模仿。还可做游戏练习词汇，教师描述某种动物特征，如：It is big. It is tall. It has a long nose. It is black and white. It is fat. It is cute. 让学生猜：What animal is it？

　　⑤学习pig

　　学生借助已有拼读知识，自己学习词汇。通过小组或是同伴讨论等形式说说：Do you like pigs？ Why？ 学生：I like pigs because they are ... 教师出示前面所学的五个动物词汇问：What animal do you want to see？ Why？
